FIELD: well drilling technology.

SUBSTANCE: device has body with hollow and central aperture, cover with central aperture and hollow, compacted along the body, compacting element, shell with hollow for compacting element. Piston has a surface for compacting element, operating chamber and return chamber. Also present are hydraulic channels for connecting operating chamber and return chamber with source of hydraulic pressure. Additional shell is mounted in body hollow and compacted relatively to piston and shell. Compensating chamber is formed between shell and cover. Shell is mounted with possible rotation. For transfer of force from shell to cover a bearing is used. In the shell a fixer is placed. Between body and additional shell an additional bearing is placed. Shells and piston form an engaged shaft placed with possible rotation on two supports. Compaction between shells is made in form of two compacting collars. Between shell and cover an additional compaction is mounted. In additional shell t least one channel is made, start of which is placed between two said compacting collars, and the end is in return chamber. Hydraulic channel for connecting return chamber to hydraulic pressure source is made in cover and its start is placed between compactions of shell relatively to cover. During mouth sealing process pressure from source of hydraulic pressure is supplied to hydraulic channels. Piston moves upwards, compresses compacting element, which moves into body aperture and encircles tool or covers free mouth. Axial force from piston and mouth pressure is transferred through compacting element and shell partially onto bearing. Main force is compensated by pressure in compensating chamber onto upper portion of shell, to unload a bearing. In system for oiling and cooling bearings a portion of liquid under effect from centrifugal force is thrown from pump forming a circulation through collector, slit-channel and branch channels, for oiling, washing and cooling bearings. In case of depressurization pressure from hydraulic pressure source is fed into return chamber, piston lowers, compacting element frees the tool.

EFFECT: simplified construction, lesser dimensions, simplified operation and maintenance.
