FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anti-discharge equipment and is intended for sealing the mouth of oil and gas wells during drilling in order to ensure safety, prevent and eliminate oil and gas operations and open fountains, and protect the subsoil and the environment. The preventor consists of a solid body of doped steel in the form of a cylinder with a vertical cylindrical axial channel through, a lower flange with through openings and a sealing groove, a cavity for mounting the piston, hydraulic channels in the form of through holes, a cover with a spherical sealing surface, a sealing groove, threaded holes and a through vertical cylindrical axial channel, sealing rings reinforced by a universal seal, connections hermetically connected to said channels in the body and with a closed removable metal barrier. The outer surfaces of the body and the lids of the preventor are provided with hermetically sealed annular cavities, which are closed by covers with connections, are connected to each other by means of coaxial vertical channels, which are formed in the body and the cover and form a jointly hermetic system for heating the body, lids and sealing elements.
EFFECT: technical result consists in extending the operational capability and ensuring the reliable operation of the preventor under low temperature conditions.
