FIELD: oil and gas extractive industry.

SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical body, body suspension in form of armored cable, drilling assembly, drill in form of hollow combined drilling columns with cutter on end, cases with drilling columns, mechanism for rotating drilling assembly, mechanism for fixing body to well wall. Drilling assembly has shaft for driving spindle and cam mounted on it with screw groove and finger. Also provided is cinematic assembly for providing for start and finish of drilling assembly rotation in well relatively to next cases, in form of stop lever. On one end of lever a finger is fixed which interacts with slanting grooves of stopping wheel placed in drilling assembly. The latter has conductor, body of which is mounted coaxially to spindle, conductor bushing and rubber membrane for providing for assembling of drilling columns during well perforation, and intermediate shaft with gears and moving sleeve for switching cutter drive for providing for time independent driving of it during perforation of casing column and oil saturated bed. Sleeve for switching cutter drive is connected to screw groove of cam by fork and finger and has end teeth, response teeth for each are made on ends of gears. Number of cutting teeth of cutter is more than four.
