FIELD: cooling plant with double-stage compressor.
SUBSTANCE: cooling system includes double-stage compressor, condenser, intermediate heat exchanger, receiver and evaporator. Double-stage compressor has the first stage cylinders provided with common inlet chamber and common discharge chamber and the second stage cylinder including inlet pipeline and discharge chamber. Condenser is connected with discharge chamber of the second stage and with receiver. Intermediate heat exchanger has two channels of tube-in-tube type. Evaporator is connected with inlet chamber of the first stage cylinders. Condenser includes two sections connected one to another in coolant flow direction by the first channel of intermediate heat exchanger. Another channel of intermediate heat exchanger is connected with discharge chamber of the first stage cylinders and with hollow of double-stage compressor case by connection pipe. Inlet pipeline of the second stage cylinder is arranged inside compressor case and displaced relative connection pipe. Inlet and discharge chambers of the first stage are isolated from hollow of double-stage compressor case.
EFFECT: reduced volume of oil entrained into cooling system from compressor along with prevention of cooling system increase in size.
