FIELD: medicine, thoracic surgery.
SUBSTANCE: after thoracotomy and isolating the vessels of pulmonary radix one should perform successive ligation of central departments of pulmonary artery, both superior and inferior pulmonary veins to achieve the stoppage of circulation in removed lung. Then one should successively puncture pulmonary artery, superior and inferior pulmonary veins at certain sections being distally against applied ligatures with a thick needle; blood of removed lung fills the vial with glugicir by gravity and at the volume of 300.0-400.0 ml it should be introduced for a patient by drops after removal of the lung. The present innovation enables to adequately compensate blood loss due to autoblood out of removed lung that prevents the development of postoperational complications.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of compensation.
