FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for lung cancer therapy. The method is implemented as follows. Vasoligation of the lung root is followed with the intraoperative blood sampling from the pulmonary artery in the amount 400-600 ml into a container with Glugicirum as an anticoagulant, and separated in 3 fractions. The erythrocyte concentrate is added with doxorubicin - 50 mg/m², cyclophosphan - 600 mg/m²; the mixture is incubated at 37°C for 30 minutes and introduced to the patient during the operation intravenously drop-by-drop. The platelet concentrate and packed white cells in the amount 20.0 ml are incubated with 300 thousand IU of rheaferon for 3 hours, dissolved with 100.0 ml physiologic saline added and introduced in the earliest postoperative period intravenously in a drop-by-drop infusion. Plasma is frozen at temperature -40°C, on the 7^th postoperative day it is unfrozen, incubated with 50 mg/m² of cisplatin and introduced to the patient intravenously in a drop-by-drop hyperhydration infusion.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows prolonged recurrence-free period ensured by higher antineoplastic activity of the chemopreparation when incubated, reduced pathological adverse manifestations of antineoplastic therapy and improved clinical course of the postoperative period.
