SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a composition that can be used for treatment of diseases involving osseous tissue resorption, such as osteoporosis, Paget's disease, hypercalcemia in malignant tumors and metabolic disorder of osseous tissue. Composition comprises bisphosphonate as an active component, pharmaceutically acceptable chelating agent and pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. Chelating agent is taken among EDTA and DTPA. Also, invention describes a method for preparing composition and device for topical and systemic sustained releasing an active component. Device comprises indicated composition and consists of osmotic pumps or externally placed portable infusion pumps joined with supply capacity and/or cannula sewn in subcutaneously. Composition is especially useful for improvement topical tolerance in parenteral administration of bisphosphonate that provides reducing or avoiding tissue damage, swelling and/or pain.
EFFECT: improved, enhanced and valuable medicinal and pharmaceutical properties of composition.
