FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes method of increase of osseous mass in human or animals damaged by osteoporosis and involves treatment for 30 days. Treatment involves administration of parathyroid glands extract and bis-phosphonate at the following regime: a) parathyroid extract is administrated to subject at dose 4-15 IU/kg/day at condition that this extract is administrated for at least one day at every seven days of indicated 30-days treatment period; b) bis-phosphonate is administrated to subject at dose 0.0005-1.0 mg P/kg/day at condition that bis-phosphonate is administrated for at least one day at each day of indicated 30-days period.
