FIELD: oil producing industry.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used for corrosion protection of laid and repaired oil-collecting and preparation pipes transporting watered oil. Ends of pipelines are machined for welding, and corrosion-resistant is applied to end sections of pipes from inside. After preparation of pipe ends for welding, two adhesive layers are applied to their end sections from inside by plasma deposition of heat-resistant metal powder on nickel and aluminium base with thickness of each layer not exceeding 0.15-0.20 mm. Corrosion resistant coating is applied by plasma deposition of three levers of corrosion-resistant heat-resistant metal powder on nickel and chromium base. Polymeric coating is applied to inner surface of pipes. Having assembled the pipes for welding, welding of end sections of pipes is carried out using electrode of corrosion-resistant alloy for root weld and filled weld. Such sequence of application of coating layers provides quality protection of end sections of pipes from corrosion and provision of high quality welds.
EFFECT: provision of reliable protection.
