FIELD: stationary freezing equipment, particularly cold rooms.
SUBSTANCE: quick-freezing apparatus includes heat insulated chamber, air coolers, fans, upper and lower netted conveyer belts, air channels, trays, loading hopper, drive pulleys, nozzles for supplying cold air to freeze product located on conveyer belt. Nozzles are conical with cone angle β = 5o - 15o and extend at an angle of 75o - 88o to horizon line. Apparatus has removable perforated partition arranged at path of air flow movement towards lower conveyer belt to equalize aerodynamic pressure at initial stage of quick-freezing apparatus start. Partition includes nozzles with cross-sectional areas changing within the limits of F1/F2 = 1-4, where F1 is area of partition cross-section, F2 - area of air channel nozzles arranged above upper conveyer belt.
EFFECT: enhanced heat transfer.
