FIELD: testing technology.
SUBSTANCE: proposed stand is provided with cyclic load exciter, tension pulley, loading unit and displacement sensor. Stand is also provided with rod performing reciprocating motion in guides, crank mechanism and drive pulley with clamp for toothed belt. Motion from cyclic load exciter is imparted to tension pulley through crank mechanism and rod. Loading unit may form load to toothed belt on tension pulley whose magnitude is checked by means of displacement sensor.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of tests; facilitated procedure.
