SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises first clamp, second specimen clamp and second clamp cyclic displacement drive. Said drive comprises rod provide with second clamp to turn there about, while rod two ends are coupled with con rod arranged to turn there about. Note here that every free end of con rods is coupled with connecting rod gear while con rods are directed from rod ends in one direction in tester initial position.
EFFECT: simplified design, power savings, longer life.
