FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed push-button switch that can be used in fluid media under pressure as position sensor, displacement transducer, or limit switch has spring-loaded pusher incorporating push-button in the form of barrel and guide in the form of rod. Switch button is provided with flange disposed inside its case; larger surface area of flange equals outer surface area of button bottom. Flexible seals are additionally installed; one of them in the form of collar seals button on outside and other one functions to seal button flange and internal contact of case. Switch is mechanically designed so that its button can be self-released which makes it possible to automatically control processes in enclosed space filled with current-conducting fluid media held under pressure variable within wide range and to ensure serviceable condition of switch within comprehensive displacement range of external pushing device.
EFFECT: facilitated adjustment and enhanced operating reliability of switch.
