FIELD: multimedia decoders engineering.
SUBSTANCE: decoder provides an interface to allow user to create, control and support service lists. Interface system for displaying on screen of decoder forms brief list of services menu, accessible both from local and remote sources. Data base connects separate services and respective menu positions to their respective sources in preferable services menu and supports selection, configuration and receiving of service. Additional brief lists of preferable multimedia services containing subsets for parent service lists, are also hierarchically displayed in response to user command.
EFFECT: simplified use of complicated set of multimedia services.
