FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: system for organisation of teleconferences includes network, unit of teleconferences organisation, multiple units in connection with each other to form a conference. Each unit has a video display with layout of images, at least one of units individually controls at least partially layout of image of each unit in conference with specific format, which may be unique for each unit. Method to provide conference communication includes stages of conference formation with multiple units in connection with each other via network, at the same time each unit communicates to other units only in case of change, when this changes takes place.
EFFECT: efficient control of large number of conference participants, with reduction of processing by means of intermediate unit due to reduced size of messages.
