FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves puncturing injured articulation under aseptic and antiseptic temperature conditions in dressing room. Oxygen pretreated with laser radiation of 120-150 MW/cm2 radiation density at t=31±0.5є is introduced via needle. Radiation wavelength is equal to λ=0.63 mcm, excessive pressure P=0.05-1.0 gage atmospheres in irradiation zone, oxygen is available in the amount not greater than 80 cm3 depending on articulation volume in volume of V=40-60 cm3. Exposure time is equal to 7 min, sessions number is equal to 4-5 with 2 days long pauses.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in activating metabolism processes and slowing development of destructive dystrophic transformations in articulation tissues.
