FIELD: power machine engineering, possibly manufacture of air cooling apparatuses used, mainly in chemical, gas processing industry branches.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of fluid-tightly joining two bundles of tubes with tube plate of welding chamber having back wall with openings for plugs coaxial relative to openings of tube plate; placing between tube bundles inner central partition; preliminarily forming in said partition openings for passing working liquid. Total flow-through cross section of said openings is to be no less than total flow-through cross section of one bundle of tubes. In order to make constructional members of section, material resistant to corrosion cracking at operation in aggressive media, for example in hydrogen sulfide containing medium is used. Such material may be carbon steel whose characteristics are selected according to content of impurities and non-metallic inclusions.
EFFECT: increased useful life period of sections, their enhanced operational safety.
