FIELD: wood-working industry; production of hardly-combustible resin-bonded chipboard.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of wood-working industry, in particular with production of pressed blanks. A drying of particles is conducted a stepwise - first a loose moisture is removed, then -the bound moisture. At that after the loose moisture disposal they make fiber-forming of particles for the outer layers ata dry breakup of fibers. Before the fiber-forming the wastes of woodworking with moisture from 3 % up to 22 % are added, and doping is exercised in the fiber-like particles. Before mixing the fiber-like particles are dried up to 1-4 % moisture and a carpet is formed from treated with additives of fiber-like particles of outer layers and mixed with a binding agent particles of the inner layer. Pressing process is conducted with plasticization by heating and degasifying of the inner layer. The method allows to expand functionalities and to reduce raw materials consumption.
