FIELD: forge-pressure equipment.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of the forge-pressure equipment, in particular with a design of power presses. The squeezer contains a drive mounted on a frame, an eccentric shaft kinematically linked with a connecting rod located in an internal cylindrical bore of a slider mounted on a frame with a possibility of forward movement. The eccentric of the eccentric shaft is made in the form of a cylinder, the axis of which axis is crossing the axis of the eccentric shaft at an angle. On the eccentric of the eccentric shaft there is bushing mounted additionally and with possibility of relative rotation and the axial motion and making a spherical pair on an outer surface with a spherical inner surface of the connecting rod. The connecting rod forms with the inner surface of the slider a cylindrical pair and is spring-loaded in respect to it. On an internal cylindrical surface of the slider there is a flange forming with the slider a cavity, in which the ring piston contacting with the connecting rod is located. As a result the invention ensures a decrease of power losses at switching on the mechanism of actuation of the squeezer.
EFFECT: the invention ensures a decrease of power losses at switching on the mechanism of actuation of the squeezer.
