SUBSTANCE: press has bed, power cylinder with piston, hydraulic drive of hydraulic pulser with delivery and suction channels and advancing mechanism provided with spring-loaded drive. Power cylinder with piston has return spring. Hydraulic pulser communicates with power cylinder through channels. Hydraulic press has idle run distributor and may be provided with eccentric washer hydraulic pulser with power and return working chambers and power cylinder. Step mechanism may be made in the form of screw and gear transmission associated with motor shaft by means of spring or in the form of wedge-type mechanism with spring-actuated wedge.
