Abstract RU 2239609 C2

FIELD: production of building units and furniture, namely pressed wall profiled blocks, pressed framing timbers and fiber wallboards made of lumber waste.

SUBSTANCE: pressed component is made of composite mixture containing grinded lumber waste and magnesium chloride solution. Composition mixture is pressed and dried. Lumber waste for component production is preliminary dried to obtain humidity of not more than 16%. Composition mixture additionally includes ferric sulfate and sodium silencer. All above components are taken in the following amounts (recalculated to dry substance): grinded lumber waste - 35-65 % by weight, magnesium chloride solution with 1.1 -1.5 g/sm3 density - 3-35 % by weight, ferric sulfate - 10 - 55 % by weight, sodium silencer - 0.2 - 3.5 % by weight. Above components are introduced in composition mixture in the following order: grinded lumber waste - ferric sulfate - magnesium chloride solution - sodium silencer. Pressing operation is carried out under the pressure of 30 - 300 kg/sm2 and mixture is exposed to 100 - 300oC temperature for drying thereof.

EFFECT: improver non-flammability, increased frost-resistance, prevention of component decomposition, decreased toxicity, improved heat-resistance and workability.
