FIELD: manufacture of building materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for use in manufacture of foamed concrete, prefabricated, architectural and building as well as decorative articles, parts, and cast-in-place structures based title material. Foamed concrete is manufactured from dispersion of hydraulic binder in a liquid and from foam by introducing second dispersion into the first one at stirring and simultaneous pore formation until specified-density foamed concrete mix is formed and then hardened. One of the dispersions was preliminarily supplemented by nucleating agent and dispersions are combined being in metastable states. Achievement of these states is detected according to following criteria: for first dispersion, presence of calcium hydrosulfoaluminate and threecalcium hydrosilicate gels; and for second dispersion, presence of hydrogen bonds with a certain summary energy. Consistence of the first dispersion and composition of the second one are selected according to criteria of achievement of metastability in whole volumes of both dispersions right after their separate homogenization. At this very moment combination of dispersions is started. Stirring is ended no later than 5-10 min before the termination of metastability periods or when approaching to zero value of time derivative of the electric resistivity of mixture. A variety of hydraulic binders, including those with alumina or gypsoalumina cement may be used. Nucleating agent is selected from mineral acid salt mixture, calcium sulfate-based binder mixture, and calcium oxide-containing binder mixture and can further contain a second foaming agent. Carbohydrate-phenol-based second foaming agent is added to the first, protein-based foaming agent, and nucleating agent is added to at least one of the foaming agents. First dispersion may also be supplemented by waterproofing and air-entraining additives. Different-type active mineral additives may further be incorporated into binding agent, whose specific surface ranges from 250 to 2000 m2/kg. Foamed concrete mix contains also a filler and fibrous or plate-shaped materials. Foamed concrete manufactured dispersion of hydraulic binder in a liquid and from foam by introducing second dispersion into the first one at stirring and simultaneous pore formation, one of the dispersions being preliminarily supplemented by nucleating agent to form, upon hardening, porous matrix containing, as protective material, organic derivatives of calcium hydroaluminates, calcium hydrosulfoaluminate and thaumasite solid solutions, and/or organometallic conjugates of foaming and nucleating agents as well as nucleating agent: mineral acid salts and/or calcium sulfate-including binder relicts. Volume portion of indicated protective material in hydrate neoformations is at least 0.2. Pore volume is unimodally distributed along effective diameters.
EFFECT: reduced energy consumption on heating buildings, cost of dwelling buildings, and consumption of materials.
