FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, particularly to non-autoclaved concrete for monolithic structures and small blocks. The foamed concrete contains water cement, a foaming agent, water and an organic component - a carbonisation inhibitor of hydrates of the clinker component, where the foamed concrete mixture contains water cement in form of low water demand cement (LWDC) - mechanically activated mixture of the clinker, gypsum and organic component in form of a block copolymer of polymethylene naphthalene sulphonates (PNS) and a carbonisation inhibitor of hydrates of the clinker component - technical lignosulphonates (TLS), taken in weight ratio of 1:(0.1-1), with weight ratio of said components in the LWDC equal to 100:(3-6):(0.8-2). In the clinker component, 0.3-10 mcm particles account for 15-40% of the total weight, and said PNS contains nano-structured particles with thickness and width of 30-100 nm and length of 50-300 nm. The foamed concrete mixture contains a foaming agent in form of a product of joint cooking of protein, resin and oxide-salt components in weight ratio (1-1.5):(4-5):1, thereby forming double protein-resin foam in an aqueous solution, and jointly with LWDC - said foamed concrete mixture with weight ratio of LWDC, 10-15% aqueous solution of the foaming agent and water equal to 110-230):(35-45):(75-15). EFFECT: high strength and frost resistance, low shrinkage and water absorption.
