FIELD: detergents.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to detergents used for cleansing metallic surfaces from oily, dirt and fatty pollutions before procedures for phosphating and applying paint and varnish coatings. Proposed detergent can be used in automobile manufacture, machine engineering and other branches of industry. Indicated detergent comprises the following components, wt.-%: soda ash, 42-52; trisodium phosphate, 4-9; sodium tripolyphosphate, 35-42; polyethylene glycol esters of synthetic primary saturated alcohols of (C12-C14)-fraction (syntanol ALM-10), 0.5-0.7; alkylphenylpolyoxyethylene glycol acetal (phenoxol 9/10 BV), 0.75-1.05; oxyethylated monoalkylphenol based on propylene trimers comprising 12 moles of ethylene oxide in molecule (neonol AF9-12), 2.5-3.5; oxyethylated monoalkylphenol based on propylene trimers comprising 6 moles of ethylene oxide in molecule (neonol AF9-6), 3.0-4.2. The mass ratio of surface-active substance (syntanol ALM-10): phenoxol 9/10 BV:neonol AF9-12:neonol AF9-6) = 1:1.5:5:6, respectively. Detergent provides high degree of cleansing metallic surface, reducing energy consumption, small consumption of agent and technological effectiveness of its application.
EFFECT: valuable properties of detergent.
