FIELD: oil and gas extractive industry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes collecting liquid and gas in well and throwing out of liquid column by gas while lowering a dynamic liquid level in ring space of well and decrease of pit pressure down to given minimal limit. Flow of gas-liquid mixture and gas in lifting pipes column is stopped at depth of operating gas-lift valve assembly. Cyclical overflow of liquid collected in well is performed from tail piece to upper portion of lifting pipes column. Device has mouth and well equipment including a column of lifting pipes with tail piece, well chambers, inlet gas-lift valves and operation valve for periodical supplying of gas into column of lifting pipes. Also, device is provided with additional well chamber, in which a device for cyclical inlet of gas-liquid mixture into lifting pipes column is mounted. It has moveable nozzle, mounted in additional well chamber for connecting its inlet to connection channel to ring space of well and spring-loaded plunger to locking end piece. Inside it a differential control mechanism is placed. It includes serially mounted in direction of locking end piece adjusting nut and spring, interacting with locking rod. Adjusting nut, spring and locking rod are mounted in spring-loaded plunger with possible displacement along its axis and interaction of locking rod with moveable nozzle and ring shaped saddle shelf on inner surface of plunger. This plunger is mounted with possible displacement along additional well chamber for interaction of locking end piece to ring-shaped saddle shelf of additional well chamber.

EFFECT: stabilized pit pressure of well independently of gas-lift operation mode, either continuous or discontinuous.
