FIELD: oil production, particular, methods for oil well operation with periodic supply of working agent to drill string-borehole annulus. SUBSTANCE: natural pressure gas lift unit with plunger lift has tubing string, wellhead and bottom hole shock absorbers, valve under bottom-hole shock absorber, shank lowered to well perforation interval, plunger, mechanism for retaining the plunger on the buffer, controlled shutoff devices of the flow and injection lines of the well. Chamber with receiving valve is provided between the bottom hole shock absorber and shank. Receiving valve is located in passage channel between shank and chamber. Check valve with calibrated passage hole is installed on the chamber side wall and communicates the drill string-borehole annulus with chamber and passage channel of bottom hole shock absorber. EFFECT: maximum utilization of energy of natural gas of gas bearing formations and gas caps of oil deposits including associated petroleum gas from formation, reduced specific consumption of gas for oil lift, reduced backpressure of formation water on the bottom hole to oil inflow from formation and, increased well production rate. 3 dwg
