FIELD: mechanical engineering; devices for assembly of radial roller bearings.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has base with outer race delivery mechanism, roller delivery mechanism with bin, rotation mechanism with assembly table, inner race delivery mechanism and cage delivery mechanism mounted on this base. Assembly table is rigidly in rotation mechanism on turbine shaft on which accelerating and decelerating disks are mounted; their external surfaces carry blades of different direction. Rotation mechanism is provided with two delivery chambers which are communicated with vortex chamber through tangential holes; each tangential hole has opposite direction of air supply. Turbine shaft is located in symmetric supports mounted in flexible suspensions made in form of flat springs secured in rotation mechanism, thus ensuring radial displacement of axis of rotation of turbine shaft; rollers are placed between locking projections of cage on revolving surface of assembly table which is engageable with end surfaces of rollers; rollers are pressed in cage ports under action of centrifugal force over internal surface of outer race due to engagement of cylindrical surface of circular slot of assembly table with cylindrical surface of outer race of bearing.
EFFECT: facilitated procedure of assembly; enhanced operational reliability.
