FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device includes foundation (1) with rotating mechanism (8) arranged on it with assembly table (9) mounted in rotating mechanism (8) on shaft (26) of turbine, on which there also installed are acceleration (27) and deceleration (28) disks with multidirectional blades (29; 30). Rotating mechanism (8) is equipped with discharge chambers (31; 32) interconnected to swirl chamber (36). Note that turbine shaft (26) is located in symmetrical rotation supports (39) installed on elastic suspensions (40). There is an electromagnet mounted on foundation (1) that consists of annular core (45), coil with winding (46) and anchor (47) located coaxially to it. The device also includes winding (46) power supply control device that consists of sensor (48) measuring angular rate of turbine shaft (26) rotation, setting and comparing devices and electronic key (51) in winding (46) power supply circuit. The core (45) is mounted on foundation (1) with possibility of vertical movement for adjusting the gap (S) between core (45) and anchor (47) that is fixed at bottom surface of rotation support (39). Note that the outputs of sensor (48) and setting device are connected to the input of comparing device, the output of which is connected to the input of electronic key in winding (46) power supply circuit, for switching it off when turbine shaft (26) reaches the set value of rotation angular rate.

EFFECT: creation of new structural scheme of assembly device, excluding resonance phenomena that provides the increase of reliability of fixing the bearing outer ring relatively to basic surface of assembly table and reliable arrangement of roller in relation to separator locking projections that allows increasing assembly reliability.
