FIELD: engineering of equipment for controlling consumption of liquids and gases.

SUBSTANCE: device has body with inlet and outlet branch pipes, while the body is made in form of rectangular cross-section pipe, lower wall of body is provided with rectangular aperture, hermetically sealed pallet, across which on its axis a groove is made, in which an electromagnet pole is placed, pallet is covered by plate elastic diaphragm, with its possible displacement from pallet into body area, while pallet is filled with magnetic liquid in contact with said diaphragm, adjusting means made in form of steel core of electromagnet with a space, in which said pallet is placed, and control means in form of electromagnet winding, connected to adjusted power source, and also body is made in form of truncated pyramid, and dimensions of cross-section of electromagnet pole, placed in pallet groove, are greater than respective dimensions of cross-section of another pole of magnet. During operation of device output consumption is adjusted by height of raising of magnetic liquid, sealed inside the elastic resilient cover, moving under effect from magnetic field applied in inter-polar space.

EFFECT: higher sensitivity and broader adjustment range for device.
