FIELD: electric engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has temperature senor and temperature setting means connected to input of first amplifier, thyristor key connected to heater by its output, second amplifier connected by its output to control electrode of thyristor, resistor and diode. Diode is connected by its anode to pulsing voltage source, and by cathode to input of first amplifier, to which through resistor an output of first amplifier is connected.

EFFECT: simplified construction, no radio interferences.
