SUBSTANCE: proposed relay that functions to adjust generator phase and frequency to those of supply mains has frequency-dependent element, adder, two final elements, six threshold units, three AND gates, reversing counter, two clock generators, pulse frequency divider, monostable multivibrator whose trigger input functions as that of phase-frequency relay, RS flip-flop, two short-pulse shapers, two OR gates, amplifying filter, and pulse counter; input of frequency-dependent element functions as generator voltage input.
