FIELD: writing materials.

SUBSTANCE: device has body with spring-loaded moveable rod with ink paste, assembly for fixing rod with ink paste in positions with writing assembly either extended from body or retracted into it, and button at end of body. Between end of spring-loaded moveable rod and assembly for fixing spring-loaded moveable rod a portion of hollow toroidal reservoir in the body is fixed, said reservoir having a group of apertures directed to spring-loaded ring with ring-shaped compacting spacer. Spring-loaded ring with ring-shaped compacting spacer is stopped against a stop made in the body. Hollow of toroidal reservoir is connected to open end of rod with ink paste. Toroidal reservoir has channel covered by elastic membrane which is placed in hollow of toroidal reservoir and is used for preventing lowered pressure in hollow of toroidal reservoir in comparison to outer pressure.
