FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to deinvasion of pastures. Method involves addition of preparation for pasture prophylaxis of fascioliasis to biotopes of mollusks that are intermediate hosts of common fasciola. The preparation comprises crystalline violet activated with acetone as an active substance. Glacial acetic acid in the concentration 0.1-0.25% is used as a diluting liquid in the dose 5-6 g/m3. Crystalline violet is activated by addition of pure acetone in the dose 3% or 5% of crystalline violet weight with the following thermostatic control at temperature +23-30oC and +16-22oC, respectively, for 3-4 days. The concentration of glacial acetic acid is determined by taking into account temperature and pH value of water: at temperature of water +21-27oC and pH below 6.8 glacial acetic acid is used in the concentration 0.1%, and at temperature of water +14-20oC and pH value 6.9-7.3 glacial acetic acid is used in the concentration 0.25%. Invention provides practically complete eradication of mollusks and their clutches and eradication of eggs and adolescaries of fasciola by 74-85%. This allows the significant enhancement of effectiveness of anti-fascioliasis measures.
