SUBSTANCE: in pregnant women 2-3 d before the onset of forthcoming delivery it is necessary to carry out cardiointervalography. One should detect the variant of initial autonomic tonicity and autonomic reactivity, perform clinoorthostatic test, determine the sufficiency in providing autonomic activity. In case of hypersympathicotonic initial tonicity and autonomic reactivity at insufficient providing the autonomic activity one should predict the development of abnormal parturient activity. The method gives the opportunity to predict pathological preliminary period, discoordination of parturient powers.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of prediction.
