FIELD: medicine, pediatrics. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with vaccine prophylaxis of poliomyelitis in children during adaptation period to the arctic conditions. It is suggested to conduct revaccination by introducing alive Sabin vaccine not later than 2 mo before leaving the arctic regions for other climatic areas and not earlier than 3 mo after arriving into the arctic regions from other climatic areas. EFFECT: higher efficiency of poliomyelitis revaccination.
