FIELD: medicine, prophylaxis.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with preventive measures to avoid the risk of insult in patients with temporal disorders of cerebral circulation being in depressive state accompanied with disorders of sleep. The method provides periodic air inhalation at excessive pressure. In case of positive pressure of 2-4 cm water column it is necessary to perform 5 nocturnal seances, then comes 4-d-long interval followed by the pressure of 6-8 cm water column to perform not less than 6 nocturnal seances till stable improvement of hemodynamic and neurological functions. The method enables to increase efficiency in preventing insults appearing both in nocturnal and early morning hours and improve restoration in post-insult persons.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis.
