FIELD: automatization of welding procedures, namely of electric-arc gas-shield welding and flux welding of dressed and angular seams.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has electric current pickup whose outlet is connected with inlet of first analog switching unit. Outlets of first analog switching unit are connected with inlets of first, second, third, forth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh analog memory respectively. Outlets of analog memory are connected with inlets of first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh filters of mean smoothed value; outlets of said filters are connected with first inlets of first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh comparators. Second inlets of comparators are connected with outlets of first second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh read-only analog memory respectively. Outlets of first second, third, forth, fifth comparators are connected with inlets of first adder. Outlet of sixth comparator is connected with inlet of third comparator and with inlet of second analog switch. Outlet of third comparator is connected with first inlet of first "AND"-gate and with inlet of third inverter. Outlet of third inverter is connected with second inlet of second "AND"- gate. Outlets of seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh comparators are connected with inlets of second adder. First inlet of first adder is connected with inlet of first comparator. Second outlet of first adder is connected with inlet of first analog switch. Outlet of second adder is connected with first inlet of second comparator. Outlet of first comparator is connected with first inlet of "Exclusive OR" - gate whose second inlet is connected with outlet of second comparator. Outlet of "Exclusive OR"- gate is connected with inlet of first inverter whose outlet is connected with control inlet of first analog switch. First outlet of first analog switch is connected with inlet of third analog switch. Second outlet of first analog switch is connected with inlet of correction amplifier whose outlet is connected with inlet of drive unit for feeding welding torch along butt. Outlet of said drive unit is connected with welding torch. Outlet of second analog switching unit is connected with inlet of minimum discrimination unit whose outlet is connected with first inlet of digital memory. First outlet of control unit is connected with controlled inlet of second analog switching unit and with second inlet of digital memory. Second outlet of control unit is connected with minimum discrimination unit. Third outlet of control unit is connected with first inlet of comparator whose second inlet is connected with outlet of digital memory. Outlet of comparator is connected with first inlet of control unit of drive for moving welding torch across butt and with inlet of "OR"- gate. First outlet of control unit of drive for moving welding torch across butt is connected with third inlet of comparator. Second outlet of said control unit is connected with drive for correcting motion of welding torch across butt whose outlet is connected with welding torch. Outlet of "OR"- gate is connected with inlet of second inverter whose outlet is connected with second inlet of first "AND"- gate and with first inlet of second "AND"- gate. Outlet of first "AND"- gate is connected with control inlet of second analog switch whose outlet is connected with inlet of amplifier of drive unit for controlling height. Outlet of said amplifier is connected with inlet of drive unit for controlling height of welding torch whose outlet is connected with welding torch. Outlet of second "AND"- gate is connected with control inlet of third analog switch whose outlet is connected with inlet of amplifier of electrode oscillation amplitude. Outlet of amplifier of electrode oscillation amplitude is connected with inlet of regulator of said amplitude; first outlet of said regulator is connected with control inlet of first comparator whose second outlet is connected with welding torch.

EFFECT: enhanced quality of welded joint at welding with short circuiting.
