Lowest voltage selection blocks 25…35 have the same structure, including numerical comparator 56, first 57 and second 58 n-bit electronic keys, first 59 and second 60 short pulse shapers, logical element OR 61, RS flip-flop 62, memory register 63. The switch 48 is connected to the supply voltage buses A, B, C and 0.
