The converter contains from the first to the twelfth analog-to-digital converters (ADC) 1…12, from the first to the twelfth subtractors 13…24, from the first to the eleventh low voltage selection blocks (LVSB) 25…35, from the first to the twelfth logic elements AND 36…47, switch 48, memory block 49, voltage amplitude setting register 50, frequency setting register 51, summing counter 52, stable pulse generator 53, OR logic element 54, numerical comparator 55. Lowest voltage selection blocks 25…35 have the same structure, including numerical comparator 56, first 57 and second 58 n-bit electronic keys, first 59 and second 60 short pulse shapers, logical element OR 61, RS flip-flop 62, memory register 63. The switch 48 is connected to the supply voltage buses A, B, C and 0. It includes from the first to the twelfth electronic keys 64…75, RS-trigger 76, pulse distributor 77, from the first to the eighth logic elements OR 78…85, the first 86 and the second 87 output terminals of the converter and bus START 88.
