METHOD OF TREATMENT OF WATER AND WATER SOLUTIONS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2240984 C1

FIELD: treatment of water and water solutions in chemical and pharmaceutical and oil and gas extraction and other industries.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of Methods of treatment of water and water solutions in the processes for simultaneous heating, softening, decontamination and purification from mechanical impurities in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, oil and gas extraction and other industries, and also in housing and communal services and every day life. The method of treatment of water and water solutions, provides for a correction of pH using multiple serial pressure decrease of a high head of liquid at its recirculation down to the value, at which its cavitation takes place, with a consequent increasing up to value, at which the cavitation ceases. Then the recirculated liquid is previously heated up, then a part of a high-head liquid is taken out for filtration. From the rest of the recycling torrent they take the cavitated liquid away under increasing pressure, cool it, keep up to a collapse of the cavitation bubbles and settling of the formed solid impurities. Then the stabilized liquid is fed back into the recycling torrent of a low pressure. At that an increase of pressure of the cavitating liquids is conducted up to the atmospheric or a higher than the atmospheric pressure, and the energy of the taken out heat in process of refrigeration of the torrent is used as the heat-carrier for household or technological needs. The cavitation is realized using a hydrodynamic or an ultrasonic method, and the collapse of the bubbles of the cavitational liquid is carried out during its cooling by feeding of the cool torrent of the heat - carrier. The liquid flow taken out for a filtration is used to wash the filtered impurities out. Realization of the method allows to reduce power inputs for treatment of water and water solutions and to expand functionalities at the expense of complex preparation of a liquid.

EFFECT: the invention allows to reduce power inputs for treatment of water and water solutions and to expand functionalities of the method.
