FIELD: petroleum processing and petrochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: mixture of cracked gasoline with diesel fuel or vacuum gas oil (fraction 248-475oC) at ratio 3:7 is subjected to hydrogenation on catalyst containing 15-19% tungsten trioxide and 1-5% nickel dioxide on alumina at 240-340oC and pressure 2.8-4 MPa.
EFFECT: improved quality of cracked gasoline due to reduced content of sulfur and unsaturated compounds.
