SUBSTANCE: Claimed steel contains (mass %) carbon 0.10-0.28; silicium 0.05-0.37; manganese 0.17-0.50; chrome 2.50-3.30; molybdenum 0.60-0.80; vanadium 0.20-0.40; nickel 0.05-0.40; copper 0.03-0.30; aluminum 0.01-0.10; nitrogen 0.005-0.02; calcium 0.001-0.005; sulfur 0.002-0.015; phosphorous 0.002-0.015; tin 0.001-0.004; antimony 0.001-0.005; arsenic 0.002-0.040; zirconium 0.003-0.010; niobium 0/001-0/030; sodium 0.01-0.005; and balance: iron, provided that J = (%Si + %Mn) x (%P + %Sn) x 104 ≤120; X = %P x 10 + %Sb x 5 + %Sn x 4 +%As ≤ 0.15; %Mn + %Si ≤ 0.7.
EFFECT: petrochemical equipment produced from the claimed steel with improved field-performance dependability, safety, and durability.
