SUBSTANCE: relay has five threshold units, two AND gates, two pulse counters, four OR gates, RS flip-flop, two final elements, clock generator, monostable multivibrator, two short-pulse shapers, three averaging filters, divider, subtraction unit, and two memory registers; input of first threshold unit functions as generator voltage input and that of monostable multivibrator, as phase-difference relay triggering input.
