FIELD: medicine, pediatrics.
SUBSTANCE: after a 5-d-long adaptation one should carry out ultrasound inhalations with low-mineralized hydrocarbonate chloride-sodium-calcium-carbonate-arsenous mineral water at low boron content at aerosol flow rate being 5 l/min at 3-min-long duration followed by inhalation with either olive or kernel oil. Hydrogen sulfide balneotherapy should be carried out during inhalation-free days in boys at water temperature being 36 C at 5-10 min duration and hydrogen sulfide concentration being 50-100 mg/l, in girls - 25-50 mg/l, 8 balneo- and 10 physioprocedures/course. The method provides pronounced hypotensive effect.
EFFECT: increased tolerance to physical loading.
