SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparations used for prophylaxis and treatment of degenerative dystrophic injures of articular cartilage, subchondral bone and intervertebral disks. Preparation represents gel that comprises osseous collagen, chondroitin sulfates, organic matrix hydrolyzate and dimethylsulfoxide. Method for preparing gel involves demineralization of osseous tissue and osseous matrix is subjected for mild acid hydrolysis and amino acids, oligopeptides, hexosamines, uronic acids and hexoses are prepared. Collagen and chondroitin sulfates are isolated from the same matrix by hydrolysis with pepsin in hydrochloric acid solution, products obtained after acid hydrolysis and enzymatic treatment are mixed and dimethylsulfoxide is added to the prepared mixture to obtain gel with viscosity value 28.2-29.0 mPa x s. Invention provides the development of gel eliciting the stimulating effect on metabolic processes and correcting metabolism in connective tissue of articulars, compensating deficiency in derivatives of glycosaminoglycans and essential amino acids that provides lasting the remission periods, to prevent progression of disease and to exert analgesic effect.
