FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with correcting disorders in mineral exchange and stabilizing body immune system. The suggested biologically active food additive contains bony tissue-obtained hydrolyzate of organic matrix and mineral substances, and plant pectin-cellulose complex at the following ratio of components, weight%: calcium 2.8-3.0; phosphorus 1.6-1.8; magnesium 0.20- 0.25; potassium 0.015-0.025; ferrum 0.04-0.06; mixture of amino acids 0.5-0.7; proteins and oligopeptides 8.0-9.2; pectincellulose complex 42-45; lignin 7.0- 9.0; fiber 22.5-24.51; saccharose 0.1, not more; moisture 14, not more; heavy metals 0.0022, not more. Method for obtaining biologically active additive deals with acid decalcination of bony tissue, neutralization of obtained solution. Then one should wash mineral's residue, dry and reduce it up to powder consistence. Then one should mix obtained powder of minerals with acid hydrolyzate of decalcined organic matrix to obtain aminoacyl salts of calcium and orthophosphate followed by drying. Plant raw material is saturated with limewater, washed successively with water, hydrochloric acid and deionized water. Then one should keep obtained extract in solution of mineral salt, wash and dry. Obtained mass should be reduced up to finely divided phase. Then products of bony tissue and plant raw material processing should be mixed together at the ratio of 1:10. The present innovation provides stimulation of the processes for biological mineralization of bony tissue, regulation of metabolism and functions of immunocompetent organs.
