FIELD: filtration engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises formation, on open porous support, liquid film from solution containing 19-22% fluoropolymer, 0.2-2.5% modifying additive, and solvent followed by solidification of fluoropolymer and additive. The latter is selected from oligoether and/or binder for electrophoresis primer. Support is open-porous tube made from glass-, carbon-, or organoplastic.
EFFECT: ensured reliable fixation of positive charge on membrane by simpler way, avoided necessity of recharging membranes, prevented their rapid pollution, and reduced number of washings of ultrafilters.
