FIELD: chemical industry; membrane tubular filtering elements and the methods of their production.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the membrane tubular elements and the methods of their production for realization of the micro-, ultra-, nano- and diafiltration in the crossed mode. The technical result of the invention is the increased resistivity of the membrane filtering elements to the alkaline mediums, expansion of their assortment, reduction of the costs of their production. The membrane tubular element contains the multilayer open-porous tube with the semipermeable alkali-resistant polymeric membrane on its internal surface. The internal and external layers of the wall of the multilayer open-porous tube are made out of the impregnated with the thermoreactive binder fillets made out of the mixture of the polypropylene (basis) and the chlorine (weft) filaments, which are formed by coiling and allocation of the fillets using the rigid mandrel.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased resistivity of the membrane filtering elements to the alkaline mediums, expansion of their assortment, reduction of the costs of their production.
