FIELD: chemical industry; devices used for single-stage synthesis of isoprene from.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the devices for used for a single-stage synthesis of isoprene from isobutylene. The offered installation consists of two in series connected vertical apparatuses installed either in series to each other (the I-st alternative), or coaxially one above another (the II-d alternative). The first apparatus is made in the form of a hollow reactor, the second - in the form of the shell-and-tube heat exchanger. In the bottom of the both apparatuses there are distributing devices made as systems of tubes with the apertures diameter of 2-5 mm and intended for feeding in of raw material. According to the I-st alternative of the installation the distributing device in the hollow reactor is located on one axis with then axis of the pipe connecting the reactor with the upper part of the heat exchanger and above the upper tube plate of the latter, and the bottom of the reactor is fused to the bottom of the heat exchanger by a pipe located on one axis with the distribution device of the heat exchanger and below its lower tube plate. According to the II-d alternative of the installation the distribution device of the reactor is located above the pipe connecting the reactor with the heat exchanger, and under the distribution device there is a chipper preventing entering of gaseous products in the zone of distribution of raw material. The invention allows to simplify the installation design providing realization of the synthesis in one reaction zone (within one stage) and a combination of efficient mixing of a reaction mass with vigorous removal from the zone of reaction of its products at minimum time necessary for the reagents contact and under condition of rather high efficiency of the reactor operation.
