FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: isoprene is obtained by liquid-phase interaction of formaldehyde and, possibly, substances, which are source of formaldehyde, with tret-butanol, possibly, isobutylene or substances, which are source of isobutylene, and, possibly, semi-products - isoprene precursors in presence of strong acid catalyst and water using mole excess of tret-butanol (isobutylene) at higher temperature and pressure, ensuring transition of isoprene in vapour phase with its further isolation, realised with supply of heat into reaction zone, including circulation and heating of formed in process acid water layer, which is characterised by the following: heat supply is carried out only due to circulation of heated acid water layer, layer being heated to temperature lower than its boiling temperature, and amount of circulating acid water layer must ensure drop of temperature on reaction zone height not more than 5°C.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of process realisation and simplification of its technology.
