FIELD: domestic wastes processing method used in garbage disposal plants.

SUBSTANCE: method involves unloading solid domestic wastes; separating and grinding large-sized fractions; feeding for sorting out of wastes into portions adapted to be processed into compost and portions for further use as secondary material; providing primary and secondary screening stages and biothermal composting process; separation from compost of fractions including hazardous substances; performing magnetic separation of ferrous and non-ferrous metal scrap; providing additional ripening of compost and laying for storage; before unloading of solid domestic wastes, providing radiation control. Solid domestic wastes are fed for sorting process by forced dosing at outlet end of plastic feeder. Biothermal composting is performed preliminarily in closed thermally insulated state, said process being interrupted at stage when temperature reaches 45-50⁰C. Method further involves secondary screening stage for separating of unripe compost from ballast; providing separation from compost of fractions including hazardous substances on pneumatic vibratory gravitational table with perforated deck; performing adjustable ripening of compost in fermentation accelerator. Magnetic separation of ferrous metal is performed at each stage of process and of non-ferrous metal after termination of secondary screening stage.

EFFECT: increased ecological and sanitary safety of wastes processing and improved quality of compost.
